            In view of decision taken by the selection committee constituted vide this office order No. 3833-35 dated .19/05/2017 for the selection of candidates belonging to the SC/ST and ALC categories, the candidature of below mentioned candidates is hereby rejected who were called for interview on 22/05/2017 as their  marks sheets  submitted along with the applications proved to be  fake while tallying with the original marks sheets of their 10^th Class Standard.

                         Consequent Upon this below mentioned applicants will be enlisted in the short list in place of above applicants and will be called for interview.                                                                        

   Now therefore any body having any objection regarding the rejection or enlisting of new applicants in the  panel of shortlisted  candidates already published and circulated ,the same should  reach to the office of undersigned   up to 25/07/2017, no objection     shall be  entertained  after the stipulated  date i.e. 25/07/2017                                                                                                                                                                                               SD/

          Whereas, the Higher Education Department among other posts referred 06 posts of Assistant Professor of(Mass Communication and Multimedia Production & Mass Communication and Video Production); and

Whereas among other posts these posts were also notified under item no. 197 & 198 in the following breakup:-

Whereas, the Higher Education Department vide their letter No’s.HE=Coll/Misc/Clari/Mass Commu dated: 06.04.2017&HE-Coll/Coord/Apptt./A.P./2017 dated: 19.06.2017 furnished a clarification and  fresh breakup of posts as under:-

Now, therefore accordingly the eligibility of the candidates has been determined afresh and following candidates are hereby shortlisted for interview which shall be held on 31.07.2017 at10.00 AM sharp at J&K Public Service Commission office Solina, Srinagar subject to making good the deficiency indicated against each therein.

Note I: The cut-off merit under open merit category is 60.17. Under RBA category/SC category number of candidates who have applied for the posts are less than the candidates required to be shortlisted.

Note II

1. The candidates are advised to submit their requisite deficient documents before the date of interview.
2. Candidates who have applied on the basis of being in possession of Ph.D Degree shall not be allowed to participate in the interview process unless they fulfill the eligibility conditions as laid down in UGC Guidelines of 2009.
3. Only eligible candidates possessing requisite qualification prescribed under rules shall be allowed to appear in the interview subject to the condition that they are within the prescribed age limit on the cut off date i.e 02.07.2014.
4. The candidature of all candidates is purely provisional.
5. The candidates shall produce their original certificates/testimonial on the date of interviewi.e 31.07.2017.
