 Sealed tenders affixed with reneve stamp worth Rs. 2 are invited from registered dealers/firms/suppliers for supply of following items for KGBV for the academic session 2017-18. The rates should be coated FOR Destination.

            Cdr worth Rs.2000/- should be pledged in favor of Zonal Education Officer, Pulwama  and the tenders should be reach this office within seven days of publication this notice. U/Sd can reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof.

Terms and conditions.

1. Quality of item should be as per the approved by the committee.
2. Convenor of the committee is authorized to reject any item if found substandard.
3. The approved dealer is bound to supply the items on spot i.e KGBV Dangerpora.
4. The approved dealer will be bound to deliver the goods in time.

List of items are as under:-

1. Matting for classrooms.
2. Refrigerator double door.
3. Washing machine
4. Iron poles for volley ball court.
5. LCD TV
6. Vacume cleaner
7. Grill/Mesh for windows.
8. Sports item (List can be had from the office)
