Fresh Notice Inviting Tenders
For and on behalf of Governor of J&K State Sealed Tender affixed with six rupees Revenue Stamps are invited from registered security agencies for supplying of security guards on the following terms and conditions. The tenders shall reach to the Accounts Officer, LBDD Authority Kupwara by or before 22/07/2017 upto 2:00 PM along with CDR for Rs.25000/- pledged to Chief Executive Office LBDD Authority Kupwara. The tenders shall be opened on the same day or any other day convenient to the tender opening committee in presence of the tenders who wish to remain present.
1.The agency shall quote the rates inclusive of PF, ESI and all the other statutory payments under labour laws.
2.The engagements of security guards are made on contractual basis for a period of one
year which can be extended subject to performance of the tenderer.
3. The agency shall provide fully trained and experienced security guards preferably Ex-
serviceman in uniform, not above the age of 50 years and not below the age of 18 years
with good physical standard.
4. The agency shall provide copies of the registration certificate required under rules. The ESI and PF registration certificates shall be supported by proof i.e copies of the challans under which payments on accounts of ESI and PF deposited by them in the Labour Department through banks.
5.The agency shall be responsible for securing of men and material of the campus.
- Prevention of theft/pilferage at the place of their deployment.
- Checking and controlling the nuisance around the campus.
- Prevention of any untoward happenings within the area of their responsibility.
- To regulate and monitor the flow of visitors or material in the campus.
- To control the entry of visitors in the visitor book.
- Contact the help line in case of emergency.
- Successful tenderer shall have to execute contract agreement within 15 days from the date of issuance of allotment orders with the Department.
6. The total number of deployees shall not increased/decreased without the approval of this Authority.
7. Tender Documents can be had from the office of Undersigned on the production demand

upto 2.00pm
8. The rates quoted shall be covered with transparent tape otherwise the tenders shall be out
rightly rejected.
9. Chief Executive Officer LBDDA Kupwara reserves the right to cancel any tender without
assigning any reason thereof.
10. The tenderer must provide an affidavit duely attested by Judicial Magistrate first class wherein
he will submit that he has not been defaulter anywhere
