          For and on behalf of the Governor of Jammu and Kashmir State, e-tenders are invited from event management agencies/ registered firms for providing infrastructure and publicity for organizing of handicrafts exhibitions during 2017-2018 subject to the availability of funds as per following locations:-

 

          1.       Pahalgam

            2.        Gulmarg

            3.        Sonamarg-Baltal

            4.        Leh ladakh

            5.        Jammu

6.        Katra

 

          The e-tender document can be seen and downloaded w.e.f.10.07.2017 to 17.07.2017 (4:00 PM) on the website http://jktenders.gov.in.

 

          The bids shall be deposited in electronic format on website http://jktenders.gov.in from 11.07.2017  upto 17.07.2017 (2:00 P.M).

         

          The uploaded bids on the website will be opened in the office of Directorate of Handicrafts, Kashmir Haat, (Exhibition Ground) Srinagar in presence of bidders who wish to attend. In case of holiday on the date of opening of bid, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue. Before submission of online bids, bidders must ensure that scanned copies of all the necessary documents be attached with bid & shall be submitted to Directorate of Handicrafts, Kashmir Haat Srinagar.

 

Techanical bids will be opened on 18-07-2017(3 PM)

Financial bids will be opened on    19-07-2017(11 AM)
