Sealed tender on behalf of Government of J&K State affixed with Rs. 5/- Revenue Stamp are invited from the Registered Dealers for supply of Toner/Drum Cartridges of different Photocopier machines and computer printers required for the year 2017-18. The tender document can be had from the office of Director Tourism Kashmir, by or before 03.08.2017 should be quoted strictly in terms and conditions as in document. The tender documents can be had from the office of the undersigned against non-refundable fee        Rs. 300/- by or before
    The tender for supply should be accompanied with CDR/FDR for Rs. 5000/- (Five thousand only) Pledged Accounts Officer, Directorate of Tourism Kashmir which should reach this office of Director Tourism Kashmir by or before 05.08.2017. The Tenders shall be opened on the date as may be convenient date by the tender in presence of purchasing committee constituted by the Government. In case of the date of sale of document or deposition of tender/opening of tenders happens to be an off day the process shall be resorted to on the next working day. The Department reserves the right to reject any assigning any reason thereof.
